Product Description
Plastic fiber is a kind of high strength fiber which applied in construction engineering, control concrete toughness and the fight against performance, it can replace traditional steel fabric, steel fiber, and the construction cost more economy. Plastic steel fiber is modified polypropylene polymer as the main raw material, through special process technology and production. It is a rough surface, exterior chiseled monofilament crude fiber, different diameter thickness, fiber length range, the wave shape, high tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, strong acid and alkali resistance.
With polypropylene fiber as its raw material, reinforcement curved pp macro fiber is produced by special molding process and surface modification; it has advantage of acid, alkali resistant, excellent censile, easy dispersing, convenience for constructionand no damage to vehicles and pavement and no need for special conservation. PP macro fiber can be used instead of steel fiber to enhance the crack resistance of cement concrete and significantly improve the toughness and flexural of concrete. Because of special shape, curved pp macro fiber has good combination with concrete and strong bond.
As the main reinforcement of cement concrete and asphalt concrete,it can obviously improve the tensile strength, anti fatigue strength and bending strength of concrete.Improving the early cracking resistance of concrete.If it is used in the asphalt, which can significantly improve the asphalt adhesion, high temperature stability, fatigue durability, and has low temperature anti cracking and to prevent reflection crack, effectively improve the tensile, anti alkali, compressive and impact strength.The real action and the use of plastic steel fiber in concrete has been accepted by the engineering community.
